This is the second smoothie recipe I have shared with you, this time I decided to make a smoothie you can have for breakfast. Some people think a smoothie isn’t filling enough to have for breakfast, but if you include energy boosting ingredients, it will keep you going until lunch: bananas and oats provide the source of energy in this recipe.
Smoothies are great to have for breakfast if you are pressed for time; they only take a few minutes to make, or you can even make it the night before. They’re transportable so you can drink them on the way to work if you haven’t got time for breakfast. This smoothie isn’t limited to just breakfast, feel free to enjoy it any time of the day. Like always, my recipes are designed so everyone can enjoy them if you have a dietary requirement or not.
