Holland And Barrett Red Berry Superfruit Powder Review

I have recently started using this red berry superfood powder from Holland & Barrett. My parents had been using it for a couple of weeks, then they recommended it to me.


It contains many different fruits which have been dried and turned into a powder: it is pink in colour and resembles fine sand. Here is a list of the fruits it contains:

  • Montmorency Cherry
  • Raspberry
  • Acai
  • Strawberry
  • Goji
  • Redcurrant
  • Guava
  • Acerola Cherry
  • Baobab


Here is a quote from the Holland & Barrett website about the benefits of this powder:

“Start your day with an energising blend of robust red fruits and berries, including Montmorency Cherry, Baobab Pulp and Goji Berry.”

“A great source of Vitamin C which contributes to the normal energy yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.”- Holland & Barrett

It is also vegan-friendly, contains no artificial colours or preservatives, fat-free and is less than 40 calories per serving. It is recommended you have one 10g serving every day to get the full benefits: you can mix 10g with 300ml of water and enjoy it like that. Personally, I add it to smoothies, yoghurt and porridge.


I really enjoy using this powder to jazz up my breakfasts! It tastes nice and provides additional health benefits- what’s not to love?

  1. Hello mighty blogger! I use a milled linseed with sunflower seeds pumpkin seeds, goji berries, raspberry and chai seed. It is a cereal topping. Much cheaper but much the same it is like a golden dust. They also do ones with more fruit, but I have issues with some fruits so I buy the seed based ones. 225g for about £3 from Aldi and simular from Liddle, you can get them in Tesco also. Enjoy your fruit one or as my hubby said eat yer dust girl!

    1. Yes, I have bought the milled seedy one from Lidl before but I like the sweet ones cuz I always have a sweet tooth in the morning (and all day…🙈). Thank you for stopping by 😊

  3. I haven’t tried this but I use a green superfood powder! It doesn’t alter the flavour too much but makes it look horrendous. I can’t really tell if it’s working or benefiting me in any way but I hope it is as they aren’t too cheap x
